In August 2020 Addison Rae was named by Forbes magazine as the highest-earning TikToker in the world. In addition, she is among the most popular users on TikTok. The fame of Addison Rae on TikTok is extended beyond TikTok to other platforms, including YouTube, Instagram as well as Twitter. The first single she released Obsessed was released in 2021. In 2021, she released her first single, Obsessed. It was on the New Zealand Hot Singles chart it climbed to no. 4 and on YouTube was the 6th most watched video.
