Lisa Olivia Munn was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Kimberly Schmid was born in Vietnam and is of Chinese roots, but her dad Winston Barrett Munn comes from a Southern family. Olivia's parents divorced when she was two years old, and she was raised by her father and stepfather who was who was a part of the United States Air Force. They left Oklahoma and lived in various locations, however she spent most of her time in Tokyo. In Japan, she was a local actress in shows and eventually was an Japanese fashion model. Olivia, who had been living with her parents in Los Angeles in order to achieve her dream of becoming an actress was determined to pursue this goal when the family moved back to America. In the end, she was able to land a couple of tiny roles on television series that featured Hawaii lense (such such as Beyond the Break), she was cast in the show Mily Acuna. She was also offered Rob Schneider's receptionist for Big Stan. She hosts "The Daily Nut" as well as the "Formula D" podcasts on G4. Since the 2006 television show Beyond the Break, she continues to browse. Also, she has a black belt in taekwondo. At the age of two, her mom remarried. She was married a US Air Force serviceman. In spite of the fact that the family moved around a frequently, her mother was raised in Tokyo in Japan, where she stayed in the military. She attended her studies at University of Oklahoma, where she earned a degree in journalism. She also minored in Japanese and drama arts.
