Annie Mist Thorisdottir, from Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit Athlete. She co-owns Crossfit Reykjavik where she also coaches and trains. Annie is the first female to be crowned the winner of at the CrossFit Games twice. She placed second in the CrossFit Games in 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelandic weightlifter and CrossFit athlete and a media celebrity is one of the CrossFit athlete from Iceland. The media has praised her for being the first woman to ever win twice at CrossFit Games: in 2011 and 2012. Also, she is known for winning the Dubai Fitness Competition in both 2013 and 2017. Annie as well as her the rest of her family, was birthed at Reykjavik Iceland. Since a young age, Annie was a huge sports enthusiast and loved exercising. Many medals were awarded to her during school competitions. She participated for the first time in 2009, in the CrossFit Games held in California, where she did extremely well. Annie Thorisdottir turns 31 by 2021. She is 5'7" tall and weighs 67 kilograms. Annie was the first to start CrossFit at the age of 7 in California. Her performance was impressive during her first competitions. She ranked within the top 10 of 70 athletes. Even though she wasn't able to achieve any title however she was able to finish in the 11th spot. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. In the same year, under Jami's direction, she was awarded the silver medal in the CrossFit Games. The following year, she again participated in the CrossFit competitions and due to her dominant performance she won the games and became the first female to take home a trophy at CrossFit Games. Annie was a winner, having an impressive 2012. CrossFit Games performance, became the first woman in history to win each of the CrossFit Games. Also, she received a trophy that was silver in 2014 and the bronze medal at CrossFit Games in 2021. Annie trains and coaches for Crossfit Reykjavik. It was her concept. Annie, who is gaining fame for her athletic abilities is featured in ads for athletic products, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration's sidekick Yerbae Renewal Periodization Transparent Labs and many more. Her own Youtube channel, which is titled "Annie", with over 1,000 viewers. It is the channel where she uploads videos about eating habits, parenting and traveling.
