Hayley is an American actress and singer. She is most famous for her role as Erica Goldberg from the TV comedy series "The Goldbergs". Even though she sings, her primary passion is music. According to her, music is always been her primary passion. She began training in professional music when she was 12. At 13, she began writing songs. She recorded her debut album in the age of 14. The music has never stopped since then. Orrantia is a native of the USA however she has Hispanic roots. She has Hispanic roots even though she spoke English when a young girl and spent her entire life in the United States. By learning Spanish and composing songs, she strives to preserve the tradition. One such song is "Hasta Verte," a song she recorded in Spanish. Orrantia auditioned for The X Factor in 2011. Orrantia took home the very first season of The X-Factor when she uploaded an YouTube recording of her audition. She was awarded an impressive four "yes" vote of the judge in the live stage in Seattle. The first time she auditioned, she was to be a part of "Hollywood Week" as a solo artist. But, three other women singers and she were grouped together to perform for the remaining tracks. The group was removed from the show in the fifth week of live performances.
